Payments terms:
Once you’ve completed the booking request you will receive a “confirmation form” for your final approval. This has to be accepted and dispatched by fax with your credit card details, with your authorization to debit you the 50% of the value in case of NO SHOW.

Cancellation Policy:
Within 7 days before the Tour day. All cancellations must be received by fax. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

Complaints:
Any complaints must be made before the end of the tour. After this time they cannot be honoured.
