Payments terms:
Once you’ve completed the booking request you will receive a “confirmation form” for your final approval. This has to be accepted and dispatched by fax with your credit card details to secure us against NO SHOW or late cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:
Within 7 days before the Tour day. All cancellations must be received by fax. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.

Complaints:
Any complaints must be made before the end of the tour. After this time they cannot be honoured.
