SUP stands for Stand Up Paddling, or paddling standing up on a surfboard. Of Hawaiian origin, this sport represents an ancient form of surfing that has re-emerged as a way for surfers to paddle and therefore travel long distances both in waves and in still waters.
We offer guided stand-up paddle excursions to discover the secret corners of the Sorrento coast, such as the famous Bagni della Regina Giovanna.
Modern beginner SUP boards have great stability and allow for an extremely quick start to sport and fun.
