Cancellation Terms & Conditions

A. Cancellation and modification; including early departure.
A1. Cancellation or modification of all the Shared service reservation that are made less than 36 hours before the event,
authorizes Captain Ago to take 100% of the total price of the excursion as penalty.

A2. Cancellation or modification of all the Private service reservation  that are made less than 3 days of the event,
authorizes Captain Ago to take 30% of the total price of the excursion as penalty.

A3. Captain Ago, may decide to cancel the tour, even on the day of the excursion, in case of bad weather conditions that do not
allow us to make the excursion in total safety.
In the event of bad weather conditions,  full refund is provided.

A4.Cancellation or modification must be communicated directly to Capitano Ago, via email: info@capitanoago.com

B. Complaints:
In the event of any dissatisfaction, the client must make the complaint directly with Capitano Ago management before the end of the tour.

C. Security:
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data will be processed in a secure way. We take the privacy of your personal data very
serious. Your personal information will only be used to process your reservation.

D. No-show:
No show with no proof of cancellation or modification made within the terms and conditions required. Capitano Ago will keep 100% of the booking value.
