Cancellation Terms and Conditions A. Cancellations and Modifications A1. For shared services, cancellations or modifications made within 36 hours prior to the excursion will incur a 100% charge of the total amount as a penalty. A2. For private services, cancellations or modifications made within 3 days prior to the excursion will incur a 50% charge of the total amount as a penalty. A3. Capitano Ago reserves the right to cancel the tour, even on the same day, in the event of adverse weather conditions, technical issues with the vessel, or unavailability of crew members. In such cases, a full refund will be provided. A4. Any cancellation or modification must be communicated directly to Capitano Ago via email: info@capitanoago.com . A5. Any damage to the vessels caused by clients will be charged at the end of the rental service.
B. Complaints Any complaints must be reported directly to Capitano Ago management by the end of the tour.
C. Security and Privacy Bookings are processed through secure systems. Capitano Ago guarantees the highest level of protection of personal data, which will be used solely for processing the booking request.
D. No-show In the event that the client fails to appear at the designated meeting point on the day of the excursion, without prior notice of cancellation or modification, a 100% charge of the total amount will apply.
